Creative, endlessly energetic, and confidently different, Packy has never been interested in doing things simply because that is how they have always been done. She thinks quickly, finds unconventional ways around problems, and brings an unmistakable sense of fun wherever she goes. On a wedding day, she moves fast, solves problems even faster, and somehow never seems to run out of energy.

But perhaps Packy’s greatest strength is people. A natural connector, she has a way of making clients, vendors, and the team feel instantly at ease. After more than a decade with Harmonize, she knows when to step in, when to take charge, and how to keep everyone moving forward together — with energy, confidence, and heart.

Manny Nuttawat

Senior Wedding Planner

Manny has been with Harmonize for five years, bringing with him something that is difficult to teach: a naturally good eye. He has a strong sense of style, understands quality, and knows how to choose what feels right — from bridal attire and beauty teams to the many details that shape how a couple looks and feels on their wedding day.

But what makes Manny especially valuable as a planner is how much he remembers. In a wedding filled with hundreds of moving details, he is often the one who remembers what was discussed, what the couple prefers, and what they might need before they have to ask. That attentiveness allows him to care for our couples in a way that feels both personal and reassuring — especially on the wedding day, when the smallest details can matter most.

Manny notices things — beauty, quality, details, and most importantly, people. It is this combination of good taste and genuine attentiveness that makes him such an important part of how Harmonize cares for every couple.

Pata Purada

Wedding Coordinator

Pata brings a quiet kind of determination to Harmonize. Give her something to take care of, and she takes ownership of it — following up, checking the details, asking the questions that need to be asked, and making sure nothing is left unfinished.

On a wedding day, Pata is often close to the couple, quietly looking after the practical details they should not have to think about themselves. From personal belongings and wedding essentials to the countless small things that need to be in the right place at the right time, her support allows our couples to simply be present and enjoy their day.

Pata knew from primary school that she wanted to become a wedding planner. That determination eventually brought her from Hat Yai to Harmonize, where she continues to learn quickly, take on more responsibility, and grow with every wedding.

Small in stature but strong in purpose, Pata represents something we value deeply at Harmonize: taking responsibility seriously, caring about the smallest details, and always being ready to grow.

Jaja Rawipron

Event Director

Jaja has been part of Harmonize since the very beginning, bringing more than 20 years of experience in weddings and events. Decisive, direct, and exceptionally quick on her feet, she is the person trusted to keep the wedding day moving exactly as it should.

From coordinating the MC and preparing key guests to managing cues, timing, and the flow of the program, Jaja stays one step ahead. When something unexpected happens, she does not hesitate — she gets the information, finds the answer, and turns it into action immediately.

With Jaja, there is a reassuring sense that someone experienced is always paying attention. She knows when to step in, when to move things forward, and how to keep everything on track while allowing our couples to remain fully present in their celebration.

When a decision is made, Jaja makes it happen.

Nhong Kamol

Technical Coordinator

Nhong has been part of Harmonize since the very beginning, quietly taking care of the technical details that make a wedding flow seamlessly. From music and microphones to presentations, lighting cues, and coordination with bands and sound teams, he keeps track of the many moving parts that need to happen at exactly the right moment.

Calm, focused, and dependable, Nhong listens carefully, confirms the details, and makes sure every cue is clear before it happens. Once the plan is set, he executes it with precision, giving the couple and everyone involved the freedom to focus entirely on the moment.

Nhong’s work is often at its best when no one notices it at all. The right song begins, the microphone is ready, the presentation appears, and the lights change — exactly when they should.

That quiet reliability is precisely why he has been part of Harmonize for 15 years.

Big Surasart

Head Photographer

Big has been part of Harmonize since before Harmonize began. A documentary photographer at heart, he has a natural instinct for real moments — the expressions, interactions, and fleeting details that happen before anyone thinks to pose for them.

Calm, precise, and constantly observant, Big has an ability to anticipate what is about to happen and position himself before the moment arrives. He believes great photography is less about having the most impressive equipment and more about the eye behind the camera — knowing where to look, when to wait, and when to press the shutter.

For Big, photography has never been simply about documenting what a wedding looks like. It is about noticing what it feels like — the people, the relationships, and the moments that might otherwise pass unnoticed.

He takes his craft seriously and knows the value of good work. Yet what keeps him behind the camera is something much simpler: he genuinely comes alive when he photographs. Perhaps that is why his photographs feel alive too.

Bent Thitipol

Bent has been part of Harmonize for 14 years, quietly shaping much of the photography work that happens both behind the camera and long after the wedding day is over.

Patient, dependable, and deeply familiar with the photography process, Bent works across everything from lighting and equipment to file management and post-production. Over the years, he has also developed his own eye behind the camera, with a particular strength in clean, minimal imagery and an instinct for knowing when less is more.

Much of Bent’s work happens where few people ever see it — in the careful handling, selection, and refinement of the thousands of images that become part of a couple’s memories. Whether supporting the photography team or working behind the camera himself, he brings the same patience and sense of responsibility to every detail.

It is a quiet kind of craftsmanship — and one Harmonize has trusted for 14 years.

Lita Aunyarin

Finance & Accounting Manager

Lita has been looking after the financial side of Harmonize for around seven years, bringing structure, accuracy, and accountability to a business built around creativity and people.

Precise, principled, and deeply responsible, Lita believes things should be done properly, carefully, and transparently — especially when numbers are involved. Her attention to accuracy keeps the business behind every celebration organized, accountable, and firmly grounded.

While much of her work happens behind the scenes, its impact reaches across everything we do. From keeping financial details in order to making sure processes are handled responsibly, Lita provides the kind of stability that allows a creative team to move forward with confidence.

Aon Nichapon

Makeup Artist

Aon has worked with Harmonize since the very beginning, though our history together goes back even further. With years of experience and a natural ability to understand each bride, she is one of the first makeup artists we call.

Her strength is natural beauty. Aon knows how to read a bride’s personality and create hair and makeup that feels polished, effortless, and still completely her. She is warm, professional, easy to communicate with in both Thai and English, and has a way of making brides feel comfortable in her chair.

After more than 15 years together, there is one thing we know: with Aon, our brides are always in good hands.

Atth Atthapon

Atth has worked with Harmonize for more than 10 years. Quiet, observant, and highly responsible, he has a way of capturing a wedding without ever becoming part of the distraction.

He arrives early, studies the venue, finds his angles, and knows where to be without needing direction. Working with a small, agile setup, Atth moves almost unnoticed through the day, yet somehow captures the atmosphere, emotions, and moments that matter.
